Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Panels in Office Retro-fit

There's currently a lot of talk about the potential that PV solar panels have to save electricity costs. With the government's energy feed-in tariffs, an attractive return on investment can also be made. Eco Building Products and partners Lark Energy have already completed a number of PV installations, including the Southfield House office block in Bourne, Lincolnshire.

10 kWp PV Installation for local offices

Lark Energy has completed a 10kWp PV installation at its offices in Bourne, Lincolnshire.  The installation consists of 42 Yingli 230w moncrystalline modules and 3 Fronius inverters.  The components were sourced by Lark Energy partner, Eco Building Products, and were installed by Lark Energy's MCS-accredited partner, Cawood Electricals.  

The completed PV array is now providing power for the Group's offices, helping to reduce energy costs and CO₂ emissions. It also provides a reference site for a medium scale PV installation.
